王克成（左起）、刘启盛、妹尾智及阿末阿布峇卡签约后，交换文件。 （吉隆坡10日讯）武吉免登城市中心（BBCC）发展有限公司，今日与日本索尼音乐旗下的Zepp Hall Network公司签署为期20年的租赁协议，让后者在BBCC经营Zepp音乐厅。 BBCC发展有限公司总执行长拿督王克成指，吉隆坡Zepp音乐厅的投资成本为1亿令吉，当中包括声像技术设备及建筑成本。 不过，各方还未定下租金数额。 日本索尼音乐亚洲业务发展高级副总裁坂井真人指出，吉隆坡是音乐厅的潜在市场，所以他们才会在大马投资。 2020年底开幕 占地约7万平方尺的吉隆坡Zepp ，将成为BBCC项目中，娱乐中心（Entertainment Hub）的主要营运商，并可容纳2500人，预计在2020年底开幕。 Zepp Hall Network的主要业务是经营音乐厅场地，目前在日本当地拥有5个音乐厅，包括东京札幌有2个音乐厅、大坂、以及名古屋，其中音乐厅——Zepp Osaka Bayside，即将于下周在大坂新开张。 吉隆坡Zepp 也是Zepp Hall Network在大马的首个音乐厅。 今日出席租凭协议签署仪式包括，绿盛世集团主席丹斯里刘启盛、城市发展局控股董事经理拿督阿末阿布峇卡、雇员公积金局私营市场部分析研究和投资运作主管赛达都希珊，及Zepp Hall Network主席妹尾智。 6月推介Malaysia Grand Bazaar […]
