Participate in our “Fly Me to Tokyo in Business Class” Lucky Draw, where 3 lucky winners stand a chance to win a pair of Business Class tickets to Tokyo, Japan and visit Mitsui Mall, Disneyland and Zepp Hall in Tokyo.

The Lucky Draw is subject to the following terms and conditions: –

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A) Organizer

This “Fly Me to Tokyo in Business Class” lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organized by BBCC Development Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1129028-T) (“BBCC”).

B) Eligibility and Qualifying Criteria

1. This Lucky Draw is open to all individuals above eighteen (18) years old. The participant(s) (“Participants”) may participate in this Lucky Draw in the following categories with limitation of one (1) entry only for each category: –
   1. Category A: Register at the Bukit Bintang City Centre Sales Gallery (“BBCC Sales Gallery”) or roadshow booths to obtain your form (“Boarding Pass”), complete the required details and place drop the Boarding Pass into the designated lucky draw box at the BBCC Sales Gallery; or
   2. Category B: Visit https://www.facebook.com/bbcckl/ and filling in the required details after playing the online game. Share the said link through your Facebook and/or Instagram account with the hashtags #FlyMeToTokyo #BBCC #BusinessClass; or
   3. Category C (only applicable to existing purchasers of the properties developed by Eco World Group of Companies and its affiliates (“Eco World Group”) and/or BBCC): Attend the BBCC appreciation dinner organized by BBCC to receive your Boarding Pass. Complete the required details and place drop the Boarding Pass into the designated lucky draw box at BBCC Sales Gallery.
2. The employees, advertising and design agencies, distributors and promotional partners of the Eco World Group and BBCC and their immediate family members and the Travel Agency (defined hereunder) including their employees are not allowed to participate in this Lucky Draw.
3. BBCC reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entries for any reason whatsoever including those which are incomplete, illegible or submitted beyond the Contest Period (defined hereunder) for each respective category or that do not comply with the terms herein. BBCC reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria from time to time at BBCC’s absolute discretion.

C) Contest Period

1. The contest period for Category A and B shall commence on 25th January 2017 to 15th March 2017.
2. The contest period for Category C shall be on the BBCC’s appreciation dinner organized by BBCC.
   (the contest period for Category A, B and C shall be referred collectively as the “Contest Period”)

D) Prize

1. One (1) prize only (“Prize”) worth up to RM40,000.00 in each category as follows:
   Number of participants allowed to travel for each Prize : Two (2) individuals
   Duration : Six (6) Days Four (4) Nights
   Travel Period: As scheduled by BBCC (to be notified by BBCC after the Contest Period)
   Flight Tickets : Business Class
   Places to visit: Disneyland, Zepp Hall, Mitsui Lalaport and Mitsui Midtown in Tokyo, Japan
   Accommodation provided: Mitsui Hotel or equivalents
2. The draw for the Prize and the results will be conducted and announced on the BBCC appreciation dinner or such other date as determined by BBCC (“Announcement Date”).
3. The winners will be notified through phone, emails, sms or such other methods of communication as deemed fit by BBCC within fourteen (14) days from the Announcement Date and shall claim for the Prize within the period and manners as determined by BBCC. BBCC may also announced the Lucky Draw results through its official Facebook web page at https://www.facebook.com/bbcckl.
4. Each winner is entitled to one (1) Prize only and is not eligible for another category’s lucky draw. Winners must present valid identification (NRIC / Passport) and other documents as required by BBCC when redeeming the Prizes.
5. The travelling dates shall be as determined by BBCC and the flight departure shall be from Malaysia only. All further arrangements in respect of the booking of the airline ticket and the travel arrangements in Japan shall be made with the airline (“Airline”) and travel agency as determined by BBCC (“Travel Agency”). The winner may change their return date or extend their stay provided that the airline ticket has not been issued and subject to the availability of seats and further subject to the terms and conditions of the Airline and Travel Agency. Any upgrade and/or add-ons to the Prize as stated in clause D(1) are at the winner’s own costs and expenses. BBCC shall not be liable or responsible for the actions of the Travel Agency and the Airline and for any damages, costs, expenses, claims, personal injuries and actions suffered at any time in this respect, either before, during or after the winner’s trip to Japan. BBCC shall inform the Travel Agency of the particulars and contact details of the winner in order for the Travel Agency to liaise with the winner and thereafter BBCC shall not be responsible to liaise or deal with the Travel Agency and/or the Airline on behalf of the winner. Should the winners have any queries, grievances or complaints in respect of the trip, kindly contact the Travel Agency.
6. Failure to claim the Prize within the period determined by BBCC shall result in the winner being disqualified. In such event, BBCC shall not be liable to the winner in any respect whatsoever and the unclaimed Prize shall be dealt with in the manner as deemed fit by BBCC. Any winner whose Prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever.
7. The Prizes are not transferable, returnable or exchangeable for cash or such other items in part or in full value. BBCC shall be under no obligations to entertain any request by the winner to change, modify, alter or add on the Prizes in any aspect whatsoever.
8. Notwithstanding the above, BBCC shall have the absolute discretion to modify, vary, exchange or substitute the Prize with any other prizes as deemed fit by BBCC at any time without prior notice to the pParticipants and without assigning any reasons.

E) General Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in this Lucky Draw, all Participants agree and acknowledge that:
   1. the Participants have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Lucky Draw;
   2. any consent and/or authorization required herein shall be deemed given by the Participants upon participating in this Lucky Draw according to the criteria stipulated herein and/or by submitting any required details to BBCC for this Lucky Draw;
   3. BBCC’s decision on all matters relating to this Lucky Draw, including the interpretation and implementation of the terms herein and the selection of the winners shall be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence, queries and/or appeal shall be entertained;
   4. BBCC shall have the absolute discretion to cancel, add, modify or amend the terms and conditions of this Lucky Draw as deemed fit by BBCC without any prior notice including but not limited to postpone, cancel or re-schedule this Lucky Draw. Any new or amended terms and conditions will supersede the existing terms and conditions with immediate effect;
   5. any images or pictorial used in promoting this Lucky Draw are for illustration purposes only; and
   6. all costs and expenses including any payable statutory tax (if applicable) incurred when participating in this Lucky Draw and when redeeming any prize thereof shall at the sole responsibility of the Participants.
2. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed by the laws of Malaysia.

F) Disclaimer

1. BBCC makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the Prize. BBCC shall not be liable for any damages, costs, expenses, claims, actions, losses (including injuries and loss of life) and liabilities incurred or suffered by the winners for any reasons whatsoever, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to this Lucky Draw and the Prize, including but not limited to those suffered or incurred before and after redeeming the Prize and/or due to the negligence, omission and defaults of the third parties appointed by BBCC in arranging and managing this Lucky Draw.
2. The terms and conditions hereof shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions hereof with the contents of the Lucky Draw’s promotional materials.
3. By participating in this Lucky Draw, you agree to waive, release and discharge all and any claims, rights or actions howsoever arising, which you may have against BBCC and/or the Eco World Group and its employees for or arising out of loss of life, injury, damage or loss of any description whatsoever caused which you may suffer in the course of or consequent upon your participation in this Lucky Draw, whether or not the said loss, injury or damage is due to or attributed to the act, neglect or omission of BBCC and/or the Eco World Group.

G) Privacy Policy

1. By participating in this Lucky Draw or accepting any prize, you agree to allow the use of your name, personal information, image, photographs and/or likeness (“Information”), for BBCC’s editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or any other purposes and to be displayed at the BBCC Sales Gallery, on BBCC’s website and on BBCC’s Facebook page (“Media Platform”) and to be shared with BBCC’s affiliates and agents and that the Information is provided voluntarily and if you provide the Information on behalf of another, you covenant that you have obtained the consent of such person and that such Information is provided voluntarily, failing which you shall indemnify BBCC against any claims from such other persons.
2. The Information is necessary in order to be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. The Information will only be used for the purposes of communicating with the participant for purposes related to the Lucky Draw, the Prizes, any future events, product launches, and any information in respect of BBCC and the Eco World Group and such other purposes as BBCC and Eco World Group deem appropriate.
